EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY

Our exchange policy allows for a 7-day window for customers to contact us via email to initiate an exchange for their item. Please note that any exchange requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted.

 

In case the item you ordered doesn't fit right in terms of size or color, you have the option to exchange it for any item worth the same price on our website. Kindly be informed that return postage is not covered by us.

 

Kindly be advised that any refunds will be provided in the form of a credit note, which can be used within a year from the date of issuance. The credit note will be emailed to the email address used during the previous checkout process. Please allow a 3-5 day processing period from the day we receive the returned item.

 

Handmade items (these will be labelled in the product description) are strictly non returnable/exchangeable.
