Pre-Order
Occasionally, Disco Sisters will offer pre-order options for certain items.
This means the item is currently out of stock, all pre-orders will be dispatched within 21 business days.
While we always strive to dispatch items on or before the estimated date, please allow for a few additional days in the rare event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Important Information:
- Pre-order items are not eligible for next-day delivery.
- We cannot cancel pre-orders after 7 working days.
- If a delay exceeds 3 working days, you have the right to cancel your order.
- If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together on the dispatch date listed for the pre-order item.
Most of the time, your item will be in stock before the estimated 21 days. If you'd like to receive your item sooner, please reach out to us via Instagram or through our contact form to inquire about early dispatch.
Shipping & Delivery
Beyond the UK, we also ship to Ireland and the United States. For international shipping to other destinations, please contact us at discosistersclothinguk@gmail.com to enquire.

If your order includes a pre-order item along with in-stock items, we will wait until the entire order is in stock before shipping it to you. Pre-order items are expected to be available within three weeks.
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately. We can update the address as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
If you are outside the United Kingdom, you will need to pay any applicable customs fees, as these are not covered by Disco Sisters. Our courier, Evri, will contact you directly to arrange payment. If they do not receive a response, we will follow up with you.
Returns

If you are looking to return or exchange an item, please email discosistersclothinguk@gmail.com. Please allow 1-2 working days for a response.
If you are returning an item, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility. Disco Sisters does not cover this expense.
Orders
Orders cannot be cancelled via Shopify. If you are looking to cancel your order, then please discosistersclothinguk@gmail.com immediately. Please note, if your order has been shipped then this will not be able to be cancelled.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your junk folder. If you still cannot find the email, contact us at discosistersclothinguk@gmail.com, and we will investigate further.
Some items may be restocked depending on demand. You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page to receive an alert when an item becomes available again.
Products
We provide a size chart for each item, available directly on the product page. If you're uncertain about sizing, feel free to reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
Yes, we offer gift cards in various denominations. They can be purchased on our website and are delivered via email.
