ORDER PROCESSING
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding UK bank holidays). You’ll receive a dispatch email once your order is on the way.

Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 9am (Mon–Fri) will begin processing the same day.
Orders placed after 9am will be processed and dispatched the next working day.
Example:
If you place an order at 10am on a Friday, your order will be processed and dispatched on the next working day (Monday).
Busy periods: During launches, sales and holidays, dispatch may take a little longer — thanks for your patience.

UK SHIPPING
We offer multiple UK delivery options so you can choose what works best for you:

  • Evri Standard Delivery: approx. 3–5 business days from dispatch — £3.50
  • Evri Express / Next Day: order by 9am Mon–Fri for next-business-day delivery — £5.99
  • Royal Mail 48 Hour Delivery: estimated 2–3 business days — calculated at checkout
  • Royal Mail 24 Hour Delivery: order by 9am Mon–Fri for next-day delivery aim — calculated at checkout
  • Free Shipping: FREE on UK orders over £100
    Delivery timeframes are estimates from dispatch, not from the date the order is placed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. Rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Typical delivery 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs.
Duties & taxes: Import VAT/duties are set by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.

ADDRESS & DELIVERY INFO
Please provide a complete and accurate address. If you’d like a safe place or neighbour delivery, set this with the courier where available. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated delivery attempts, shipping costs may be non-refundable.

SHIPPING CARRIERS
We use Evri and Royal Mail for UK deliveries. Available options will be shown at checkout.

MISSED, DELAYED OR LOST PARCELS
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, or you’ve had a missed-delivery notice, please contact us within 3 days of the scan with your order number so we can investigate with the courier. Claims reported outside this window may not be eligible for insurance review.

If your tracking hasn’t updated or your parcel appears to be stuck in transit, this must be flagged to us within 7 days of it being marked as shipped. Unfortunately, if we are not notified within this timeframe, we’re unable to open a claim or request an investigation with the courier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or unforeseen circumstances once the parcel has been dispatched.

PRE-ORDERS (if applicable)
Items marked Pre-Order ship on or before the date stated on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items ship together unless we arrange otherwise. Pre-orders can’t be cancelled once placed, but once delivered they’re covered by our Returns Policy.
