How to return
We’re sorry it didn’t work out this time! Please follow the steps below to return your item(s) smoothly:
1. Fill Out the Return Form
Please print out and complete the return form linked here and pop it inside your parcel.
2. Repack Your Items
Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags and hygiene stickers still attached.
We recommend using the original packaging to protect the item(s) in transit.
3. Send It Back To Us
Returns must be posted within 14 days of receiving your order.
We don’t cover return postage costs, so we suggest using a tracked service to make sure it gets to us safely.

Important Return Terms
- Items must be in a resellable condition — any returns that are worn, damaged, have makeup marks, perfume, or fake tan smells will not be accepted.
- Late returns (outside the 14-day window) will be rejected and returned back to you.
- If you choose store credit, the amount will be added to your Disco Sisters account (linked to the email address used for your order). You can access it by logging into your account on our website.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service to make sure it arrives safely.
That’s totally fine! Just write the information clearly on a piece of paper and include it inside your return parcel.
We’re unable to guarantee your exchange or store credit without the return slip. Our team needs your order number to identify the return - without it, we won’t know who sent it back.
If your return can’t be accepted, our team will email you to let you know. We’ll then send the item back to you on the next working day.
Yes. If your order qualified for free shipping (spent over £100), a £3.50 deduction will be applied to your return as a restocking fee.
